About this Event
Whether you are training for the monument 10k, or just looking to add some consistency and structure to your routine for 8 weeks - this run club is meant to be FUN! We will run a 5k each Saturday with the same route so that you can tap into progress markers and focus on how you FEEL. No one will be left behind.
Runs will be lead by Coach Meg and Coach Britt of The Staudz Method- a modern movement & wellness collective. These runs are all free, however we do encourage whatever donation that you can muster to our community beneficiary - Diversity Richmond.
Join us at hq at 10am - we will stretch and take off by 10:15am. Do not come early unless you are or are with a member with access. We will rain check during inclement weather.
