The HPUL Health & Human Services (HHS) department and Lake County Tribal Health Consortium (LCTHC) are hosting a "free" 6-week chronic disease workshop - every Thursday, starting February 27, 2025, through April 3, 2025, at the HHS Office (10250 A Dewell Rd. Ext., Upper Lake, CA) from 1-3:30 pm in conjunction with the Elders Bingocize. Learn skills to manage symptoms, prevent complications, and stay strong with support.
