Objectives:

The HPMA London Academy annual conference will provide an opportunity for HR and OD colleagues to reflect on:

How can the people profession deliver a creative and innovative approach to the delivery of the People Promise and the NHS Long term Workforce Plan whilst managing the delivery of growth and productivity against a backdrop of financial restraint?
The potential of workforce modernisation using digital and AI innovation. How can the profession successfully navigate these opportunities and leverage the capabilities that exist within our own organisations and systems
Our current NHS workforce currently encompasses four generations. How do we attract and retain a multi-generational workforce, reaping the benefits of the unique perspectives and needs of each generation. (this could provide perspectives from different sectors)
Stories from our inspiring leaders on the steps they have taken to role model compassion and belonging
Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the HPMA
