Studio Bob and the Port Angeles Downtown Waterfront District present the first Howl-o-ween Pet Parade and Costume Contest. Dress your pet up and show them off at the City Pier from 11 to 1. Booths with art and local animal non-profits, multiple photo opportunities, and cash prizes for the best costumes. All well-behaved animals on leashes or in containment units (backpacks, shoulder bags, strollers, etc.) are welcome.
