WHAT TO BRING

Yoga mat/blankets/pillow anything to make it cozy for you and your dog. You will be lying down outdoors on the ground with your dog beside you. Feel free to bring their favorite blanket or dog bed if it is small due to space.

Dress comfy and casual and layers depending on weather.

Dogs who attend must be on leash, you will be required to sign a waiver indicating your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and is non-agressive and is ok in group settings and friendly and comfortable being around other dogs and humans.

Should your dog get out of control or express aggressiveness towards humans or other dogs, you may be asked to leave the session to ensure the safety and calming energy of the group. You know your dog best so we ask you to use your best discretion.

Dogs that deal with alot of stress, anxiety, pain, ptsd or iolder ailing dogs can receive alot of benefits and healing from sound baths.

Kirsten Korot as been practicing for over 20 years in the Los Angeles area as a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Intuitive Coach. In 2012 Kirsten founded Nature Nurture Experiences™ to connect people in nature with and animals alongside sound healing and mindfulness practices. Amongst the unique experiences she offers is her popular Healing Day & Sound Bath with Wolves and her Women and Wolves programs that also help to raise funds for a local wolf sanctuary.
