Greetings Friends! Spooky season is upon us, and we’re thrilled to invite you to the Howl-o-Ween Parade & Harvest Festival!
Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 19th and join in on the fun. The Citrus Heights Community Marching Band will be leading the parade, and it’s going to be a frightfully good time!
The parade kicks off at 9:00 AM. Invite your friends over, grab your lawn chairs, and enjoy the show!
Parade Route
🎶 Starts at Grand Oaks Elementary School (Staging area)
🎶 Marches down Grand Oaks Blvd
🎶 Turns onto Oak Forest St and winds into Rusch Park

Live along the parade route? Show off your spook-tacular spirit by decorating your home! 🕸️🦇
Our very own Mayor of Citrus Heights will be creeping by to pick a lucky winner… who will take home a brand-new TV! 🪦📺.
Stick around after the parade for our Harvest Festival at the lower basketball court area in Rusch Park.

Q. I live on the parade route. What if I need to escape…I mean, leave my home during the parade?
A. No need to make a daring escape. The westbound lane will be open for traffic. Traffic control provided by CHPD.
Q. Can I park my broomstick (or car) along the parade route?
A. Absolutely! It’s a public street, we can’t cast a spell to make you move it. But if you’re in a festive mood and want to clear space for all the ghosts and goblins to watch the parade, thank you! We promise not to turn you into a toad if you can’t.
