Join us for a Howl-o-ween Hike N Treat event to benefit the Friends of the Warwick Animal Shelter on Sunday, October 27th starting at 2pm. Rain Date: November 10th.
This is an event for the dogs & their humans. NOTE: Dogs not required to attend if you have a pup who isn’t sociable but still want to join in. Costumes are encouraged for both but certainly not required.
There will be games, dog treats, human treats, a group walk for the dogs & their humans, pet costume contest with 3 chances to win (3rd, 2nd & 1st place prizes!) and a cash raffle! 🐶🎃🐾🎉
Friends of Warwick Animal Shelter will be present! 🐶🐱
There will be plant based snack samples available at the ANVV (vegan group table)
This event is free to attend. Registration required in advance to participate in the walk with a $10 donation. Costume contest registration required in advance with a $10 donation.
Proceeds will be donated to the Friends of the Warwick Animal Shelter.
We will be setting up in the field across from the dog park. The hike will start promptly at 2:30pm. Check in starts at 2pm and will take place at the Furry Fellas booth.
The costume contest will take place once everyone returns from the walk around 4pm. Costume contest check in will be available at 3:45pm for those who aren’t participating in walk and will be arriving later. Check in will be at the Furry Fellas booth.
All well behaved / friendly vaccinated dogs are welcome. By participating in any aspect of this event you agree to take full responsibility and liability for any and all actions of your pup(s).
Required dog vaccine: Rabies or exemption letter from vet. Bordetella and Distemper combo vaccines are also recommended for dogs coming into contact with other dogs.
