Meet Your Instructor:
This session is led by a Navy Submarine Veteran and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) who works daily with veterans and active-duty service members using VA home loans. His experience includes helping military families buy and relocate during PCS moves, evaluate VA loan assumptions, and navigate appraisal challenges such as Tidewater and Reconsideration of Value.
He also works with veterans using VA loans for real estate investing, including multifamily purchases, and teaches VA loan education through VettedVA and in-person events. His approach is practical and straightforward, focused on helping military families understand how the VA loan actually works so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
