Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Growth Hub have partnered with Sales Geek to deliver a FULLY FUNDED workshop on 'How to Win Business and Influence people'. This CPD accredited course will include:
- Learning about persuasive wording and how to embellish your pitch
- Beginning to understand the science of persuasion
- Learning how to implement the persuasion into your offering
- Learning the 5 stages of the negotiation process
- Understanding that negotiation is all about the βwin, winβ
- Uncovering your BATNA to ensure you succeed in negotiating!
Join us for this 3 hour workshop, and we will cover off the above topics and provide an insight into how selling products and services should be a consultative and ethical process designed to find solutions for customers and clients, not just selling for the sake of selling. We believe everyone in a customer/client facing environment is essentially in sales so everyone should receive a decent education in the sales process and psychology of buying behaviour.
