Join us for a yoga session designed for kids to enjoy, all abilities welcome! For this program, stories and actions will focus on the relaxing practice of Yoga! Trea Champagne will be here to teach us some mindful breathing, poses, and fun stories about yoga, and even some yoga games! We will have some yoga mats available, feel free to bring your own as well. Wear comfortable clothes for movement!
