This FREE, in-person class will meet at Astra Mental Health & Recovery, 327 SW Frazier Ave., on Monday night for six weeks, starting January 26, and ending March 2, from 6-7:30 p.m.

Good communication is the foundation of a strong parent-child relationship. Learn how to talk with children instead of at them and turn everyday conversations into opportunities for connection and understanding. This course is designed for parents of kids ages 2-12.
