About this Event
Join us for an informative session on the basics of how to get started with your Assisted Living . We will offer many on-site and zoom participant specials such as connections to private lenders, DSCR financing and a host of discounted products such as monthly hourly support packages, forms, policies and procedures only for those who attend this event in person or via zoom. On-site seating is limited. The two hour introductory session will go over the basics needed to understand, Market Analysis, Research, Marketing, Budgeting, Retrofitting (In addition to Furnishing and Fixtures) and the application process. Agenda and Zoom Links will go out 1 hour prior to event.
