Spotting is as much of a skill as any other part of acro. Partner acrobatics involve risk and as a community, we can facilitate fun, new skills with informed spotting to support safe practices! DONATION BASED WORKSHOP!
Safety is important to us and we want this to be as accessible to everyone as possible.
In this workshop, we will teach both L-Basing and Standing spotting by covering physical drills and partnership skills, as both parts are needed for top quality safety in this sport!

Who is this for:
Any level can come and learn in this workshop and we will also try to include some more evolved spotting to grow with our community as we level up!
No partner or equipment needed.
