One of your most important powers as a human being is your power to set goals and live to intentionally. It is literally your ability to create the future. Without it we can end up like dust in the wind...
- Chasing distractions that appear unexpectedly in our path.
- Prioritizing other people's agendas over our own.
- Having a lack of direction or meaning.
- Going around in circles, having elusive desires that never seem to actualize, and/or procrastinating taking action.
To make matters worse, when we actually try to set goals for ourselves the majority of the times we fail...
According to a study by the University of Scranton 92% of people who actually set New Years resolutions never actually achieve them and I have a guess as to why..
It's because most people simply never learned how to think stratgically and set goals effectively.
Join for this in-person workshop and learn the 10-point funnel professional coaches use to set outcomes that are 'well-formed'.
In this workshop we will:
- Learn & practice the 10-point 'well-formed outcome' funnel to turn vague, fluffy and ill-formed dreams into specific, measurable and compelling outcomes that pull on you.
- Watch this process demonstrated by Jason in front of the group so you can see it in action and ask your questions.
- Set a regular goal setting schedule for consistently measuring your progress and refining your ability to make your dreams into realities (plus coach others to do the same).
- You are going to walk away with the tools and resources to use this process with yourself and others to set well formed outcomes for the rest of your life.
As with all of my workshops and practice groups prepare to get hands on experience. We will focus on EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING that you will be able to immediately implement and bring with you into your daily life.
