Andrew Rocha is a real estate investor, finance leader, and educator focused on helping families build sustainable wealth without sacrificing the things that matter most.
Before building his real estate portfolio, Andrew paid off over $60,000 of personal debt in under seven months, an experience that shaped his disciplined, systems driven approach to money. Over the past five years, he has since built a diversified real estate portfolio of 10 plus rental doors across Central Alberta and completed multiple property flips, applying long term thinking and practical execution at each stage.
Professionally, Andrew serves as a Community Partnership Manager at ATB Financial, where he works closely with individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and community organizations across Central Alberta. His role provides broad exposure to how capital, risk, and long term decision making shape both businesses and households, informing how he evaluates growth and sustainability.
Andrew’s work and leadership have been recognized through his selection as a Central Alberta 40 Under 40 honouree. And a fun fact, Andrew is a two time Amazon number one best selling author.
As a husband and father of three young children, Andrew is passionate about helping investors think beyond acquisition and toward building portfolios that support long term margin, stability, and optionality.
