TOPIC: How to rehabilitate your core after birth

WHAT TO EXPECT: During the session, Anna will give a 30min presentation that will cover the following areas:
* what is your core
* how is your core affected during pregnancy and the postpartum period
* how to manage your C-section scar
* how to diagnose and manage diastasis recti (separated tummy muscles)
* how rehabilitating your core will help issues such as incontinence, back, neck & shoulder pain, prolapse, poochy looking tummy, scar sensation, and appearance
* how to start the rehabilitation process without having to find hours to go to the gym
WHAT TO WEAR: We will not be doing a workout, but if you would like to try out any of the recommended rehabilitation moves, shorts or trousers might be advisable.
CANCELLATIONS: In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, we have limited places available. If you find yourself no longer able to attend, please let us know asap so we can offer your place to someone on our waiting list.
COVID SAFETY POLICY: We will ensure the space is cleaned prior to your arrival. Anna is double vaccinated with Astra Zenica and will conduct an ATK test the morning of the session. We'd also ask that you keep your masks on throughout the session unless you are eating or drinking.
Bring your little one (if you want), grab a tasty snack/drink, meet other new parents and enjoy the opportunity to discover how to activate, protect and rehabilitate your core.
During this informal 90min meet-up, Anna (a UK certified specialist Ante & Postnatal trainer with 10 years experience working with mums) will give a short talk about how you can protect your core, what to look out for and what to avoid and then give you an opportunity to ask questions and seek free guidance.
