This program is part of our month long celebration called Spirit Season. Spirit Season celebrates a tradition of Spiritualism formed by Homer’s belief in a “world beyond” the physical, and its effect on his life and art. After experiencing a vision of his deceased wife’s ghost, Homer Watson was inspired to take up the practice of Spiritualism. From that point onward, Homer began conducting seances and inviting mediums to Doon.
