Juanita Wheeler is a persuasive speaking strategist, speaker coach, and CEO of TEDxBrisbane. She is also the Founder of Full & Frank, where she helps entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, and changemakers use persuasive speaking to grow their business and champion their great ideas.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Juanita has held senior roles in business development where she negotiated international distribution deals, mergers, and acquisitions—high-stakes work that sharpened her ability to combine strategy with persuasive communication. Alongside this, she has coached over 100 TEDx speakers and delivered talks herself on major stages, including TEDx.
Juanita holds three Master’s degrees—including an Executive MBA and a Master in Business (Philanthropy & Nonprofit Studies)—and is an Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Queensland, where she teaches the art and science of presenting.
Her work is evidence-based, practical, and impact-driven.
