Learn and practice how to be an effective listener so you can begin attracting and nurturing deeper connections with your loved ones and people around you.
We will talk about habits that prevent good listening. You will learn a recipe on how to improve such a powerful skill, and be someone who really knows how to make others feel heard and validated.
About the presenter:
Maria Winters, LCPC is a licensed mental health therapist and a trained life coach. She is the founder and owner of The Coaching Therapist, LLC - a practice dedicated to offering workshops and training on different topics related to emotional and mental wellbeing.
M aria works in a local emergency department conducting safety evaluations to patients of all ages, provides group therapy at a local psychiatric day hospital as well as in the community, and teaches Psychology courses at AACC. Maria is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
