About this Event
Come explore the power of art making to move through the challenges, blocks, and wounds that we can't really run away from (even if we try to). When we have the tools to move through our struggles, it opens you up to a whole new path forward.
You will be invited into a therapeutic art experience utilizing presence, curiosity, compassion, play, imagination, and creative expression.
Come on, you know you are curious…I love to say that art is an experiment and you never know what you will learn along the way. Maybe you will discover something about yourself that you have been looking for. And creating in community makes it even more powerful and rich.
If your inner-critic is holding you back, know that NO ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!!! AND ALL ART MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED!!! Just bring your curious mind and playful spirit. Resistance and fear is also welcome.
