His experience includes acquisitions, wholesaling, distressed assets, fix-and-flips, BRRRR, multifamily, creative financing, joint ventures, land acquisition and entitlement, private lending, business systems/ operations and ground-up real estate development. Beyond real estate, David invests across multiple sectors with a macro-focused, risk-adjusted approach to long-term wealth creation.
