Loneliness was recently declared a global public health threat by the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023). Humans are designed for connection so why are we struggling to forge meaningful connections? How did a biological need essential for our survival become so rare? Are some people just lucky?

✨ True belonging is the highest level of connection you can attain. It is finding people that accept you for who you authentically are. Not who you pretend to be.
Remember, the goal is not to just have friends or a community for the sake of it. The goal is happiness, connection and the freedom to show up authentically and be accepted accordingly.
