Grief can be caused by many different types of loss, including the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, health issues, relocating to a new state or school, even the loss of a pet. Grief varies from person to person, there's no right or wrong way to grieve.
Topics to be discussed: Dealing with grief during the holidays, tips to coping with grief, the 5 stages of grief, identifying your emotions, ways to help children navigate through grief, understand grief in children, common reactions and behavior in children and how to identify normal grief, natural grief and complicated grief.
