The purpose of meditation is to make our mind positive and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we shall experience true happiness.If you have always wanted to find out how to meditate, or if you have started and want to progress further, then this is the course for you! The teacher will explain the various stages of meditation from first calming the mind, generating the correct objects and then finishing with a positive determination that will help us lead a happy life. Everybody welcome.
The course is taught by Buddhist monk, Kelsang Chodor with over 30 years of training and experience
