There is so much suffering in this world and it seems to increase day by day. There is no more important practice then the generation of loving-kindness and compassion toward all sentient beings. How do we practice loving kindness, compassion and Bodhichitta in this difficult time?
Khenchen will share teachings. meditation, and practices that will support us in learning how to navigate these more challenging times thru developing our inner most loving kindness, compassion, and Bodhicitta.
