Together with the Finnish and the Netherlands Business Council we would like to invite you for a short, inspirational workshop with career coach Sofie Dahlman:HOW TO LEAVE WORK BEHIND AND GET INTO HOLIDAY MOOD WITH EASE
In this workshop, Sofie Dahlman, Career & Personal Development Coach (Cert. Co-Active Coach, CTI Faculty Cert. mBraining Coach) will offer you useful coaching tools which will help you prepare for transitioning from work mode to holiday mode with ease. She will give you concrete tips on how to set the right boundaries and manage life/work balance during your holiday. After this workshop you will feel ready to effectively embrace your vacation to the fullest and also return to work feeling refreshed! Summer 2023 we are getting ready!
About the speaker: Sofie Dahlman, Career & Personal Development Coach (Cert. Co-Active Coach, CTI Faculty Cert. mBraining Coach) I am Sofie, a former HR professional originating from Sweden that recognized my urge to do work that has an impact – that helps people connect to the best version of themselves, so they could bring the best version of themselves to their careers, their relationships and to the world around them. I am certified Co-Active Coach, as well as Mbraining Coach. With Soda coaching I specialise in helping people balancing professional success with their overall happiness in life. I am passionate about supporting my clients aligning their thoughts, feelings and actions in designing a life that fully resonates with their core in both life and career.
