Carmen will highlight several practices homeowners can apply in their outdoor spaces that include native plant selection, balanced soil, W**d management, use of water features and more to create ecologically healthier and visually pleasing landscapes. “You don’t have to be an expert gardener or landscaper to create a Tennessee Smart Yard!”
