How to grow representation of women in leadership - hosted by Downer

This in-person, interactive event is focused on how we can employ mentoring, sponsorship programs and allyship to attract women into leadership roles.

WORK180 will provide key insights from its 2024 What Women Want report, and Downer will kick off the facilitated discussion by sharing their diversity initiatives and experience.

You’ll be in the company of esteemed professionals and leaders from various industries, exchanging ideas and sharing best practice initiatives. The different perspectives, challenges, and achievements of those in the room can assist in elevating organisational standards across all workplaces.

This is an event for all genders. We believe that to truly drive progress towards gender equity, we need to work together. For this reason, we're setting a target of 25% representation of male attendees for the event.
