In this class we will learn about the basics of fungi and how to make an oyster mushroom grow bag. The topics covered will include fungi anatomy, growth habits, and edible uses. The class will also include a hands-on portion where participants will make their own mushroom grow bags.
This class will be taught by Urban Residential Horticulture Agent, Calvin Gardner. Come join us at UF/IFAS Extension Orange County located at 6021 S. Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812. Pre-Registration is required along with the non-refundable class fee.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
