Learn how to grow Lions Mane Mushrooms with someone who has cultivated them for years! Lion’s Mane are coveted for their ability to regenerate nerves and strengthen connections in the brain. They also taste delicious and have many culinary applications.
These mushrooms can be tricky to grow on your own, but Sam makes it easy in his class that comes with follow up support after, if you need it. Mycology is a wonderful hobby and this class is a great introductory course for anyone over the age of 12.

To make this class accessible, we are offering activity and auditing passes. The activity pass comes with an all in one bag that you inject in class. The bag will produce mushrooms several weeks later, for you to enjoy and experiment with at home. The auditing pass is enjoy the material in the class, but you will not take home an all in one bag.

This course will cover the basic life cycle of mushrooms, benefits of lions mane, what specifics lions mane require, and how to grow them in an all in one bag/ take care of them at home.
