Tantra is an ancient practice that teaches us to live heart and soul guided. We get to deepen our sense of intuition, pleasure, and ignite our inner glow of love through the practices of Tantra. Feel free, expanded and connected to the magic of life in this empowering play shop.
Join Michelle Alva to discover the art of sensual touch, massage, and expanding our sexual energy via Tantric massage.
You will learn:
1. How to fully engage in the present moment via the 5 major senses and beyond to the sixth sense, our intuitive side.
2. Learn the benefits and specific hands on tantra massage techniques : Yoni and Lingham massage which will be demonstrated
3. Breathwork practices to energize and deeply connect to yourself and your partner, however singles are welcome.
This class is for singles and couples. If you come alone, you can partner up with someone or observe demonstration.
