Find the confidence to safely navigate your students' personal space in assisting them in growing their practice. This workshop is geared primarily to teachers and teacher trainees but also to students who want to learn more about (and find more comfort in) adjustments, assists and the relationship of touch between teacher and student in a variety of yoga settings.
