About this Event
We self-sabotage on first dates more often than we think. In this workshop, we'll explore ways in which your own behaviors and beliefs may be inadvertently sabotaging your chances of finding genuine love and connection...and that second date. Join us for a relaxed group session where we’ll explore how to bring more ease, confidence, and authenticity into your dating life. We’ll talk about:
- 😕 Managing first date anxiety and nerves
- 🚩 How to identify first date red flags or a mismatch in values
- 🤯 How to take responsibility of unmet expectations
- ➡️ Conversation starters that feel natural
- 😳 Self-sabotaging behaviors such as oversharing, poor body language, overthinking, negativity, poor etiquette, and more.
- 💬 How to be fully present (not performative)
- 💡 How we project limiting beliefs about ourselves
- ❤️...and most importantly, how to get a second and third date!
You’ll leave feeling grounded, magnetic, and ready to connect more effortlessly.
Come meet other singles who are also learning to date with presence, curiosity, and confidence.
