How this program is structured.

This will be an accelerated curriculum of ten sessions over the course of five months.

1. May 22 Creating a Breakthrough in Performance – shifting mindset.

2. Jun 5 Eliminating Self-Sabotage – rewiring your subconscious.

3. Jun 19 Self-Leadership – becoming a better example for others.

4. Jul 3 Performance Management – using Situational Leadership.

5. Jul 17 Team Leadership – creating cohesiveness from diversity.

6. Aug 7 Organizational Culture – creating a thriving, sustainable culture.

7. Aug 21 Communication, Part 1 – seeking first to understand.

8. Sep 4 Communication, Part 2 – being effectively understood.

9. Sep 18 Managing Priorities – using time more efficiently.

10. Oct 2 Dynamic Health – the context for performance.

All sessions will be held on these 10 Wednesdays, beginning promptly at 9 am and going until 2 pm. A nourishing, healthy, delicious lunch is included. It is recommended that you arrive between 8:30 to 8:45 am to get settled and ready. Interactive presentations will begin at 9 am and usually end by 12. After lunch, there will be an open forum for questions and interactions.

From each session, you will receive a follow-up email with links to all the slides and resources, lists of books to read, articles, videos, etc. You will also be able to have a 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching call with Coach Ruben between sessions.
