Dear all,this is a small workshop for women and among women.
It's about learning how to love & prioritize yourself more since you are with yourself for the rest of your life.
You are only able to take care and influence others if your own cup is filled in the first place.
This event is for any woman who lost and want to find themselves again and improve their relationship with themselves, no matter if you are in a relationship, a mother, just come out the of a relationship or single.
The goal of this workshop is get to know yourself better and know your wants and needs and also your strengths and weaknesses.
And then it's all about to take the insights and skill sets to love and appreciate yourself to your daily life.
We will also do some connecting practices together. :-)
You'll be leaving the event with a sense of ease, connection and clarity for actions.
In order to maintain a trustworthy exchange the workshop will be held in a small amount of attendees with max. 15 people (16 including myself as host).
We value quality more than quantity.
Depends on the attendees the exchange will be held in German unless we have English speakers only for exchanging in the English language.
This workshop is a paid event.
It's time to take care of and invest in yourself. :-))
