Asia Gonczar – Founder of Apolonia Catering, born and raised in Poland. Known for her love of simple, heartfelt, and healthy cooking that brings people together.

Heath Young – Executive Sous Chef, Le Cordon Bleu graduate, with over a decade of professional experience and 8+ years as part of the Apolonia team.
