Flow is a psychological state where an individual is fully immersed in an activity, characterized by a heightened focus, deep engagement, mental agility, and enjoyment. This state is commonly experienced during intrinsically rewarding activities and strikes a balance between the individual's skill level and the challenge presented by the task. In a flow state, time may seem to pass differently, often feeling like it speeds up or slows down.In this interactive and embodied workshop, we would learn to connect with the flow states and understand how to recognize, generate, and use them in our daily lives for greater mental agility.
Learn to:
- Understand the evidence of flow states and the conditions required to be in flow states
- Recognize flow states and the resulting change in the output
- Generate flow states by reducing barriers and adapting to changing situations.
The modules are conducted in English and are limited to 20 participants to facilitate interactions and connections. Please note that other participants can join for specific modules of the program.
