The Precept Players are back once again to provide you with an interesting and entertaining insight into how to actually hold a sickness absence meeting.

This time the infamous Meredith Palmer is managing an employee who has been away from work for a long time due to sickness absence. Meredith (aka Emma) will show us what we absolutely should not be doing and with a bit of guidance from Precept she’ll learn precisely what to do to get this right.
