Drawing people can be tough. Bodies, proportions, movement. It’s easy to feel lost.In this beginner friendly workshop, we’ll make drawing people feel more natural and less intimidating. We’ll break the human body down into simple shapes, look at basic proportions, and talk about how to approach drawing people without overthinking every line.
No experience needed. If you’ve drawn before, this will help things start to make sense. If you haven’t, it gives you a clear and interesting place to begin.
We’ll focus on:
breaking the body into simple forms
basic proportions
movement and gesture
common mistakes and how to avoid them
The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, more like drawing together than taking a formal class. No pressure to be good. Just learning how to see and draw people.
