Without emotions, not much moves in our lives, but sometimes they can overwhelm us. When we are flooded with stress, fear, anger or jealousy, we often overreact or freeze up. Sometimes this leads to reactions that we later regret.
If you want to learn how to face your boiling emotions through the practice of mindful awareness instead of suppressing them or reacting blindly to them, this small workshop is just right for you.
When we "surrender" to our feelings and consciously accept them, real transformation can happen. In fact, after just a few repetitions of this mindfulness practice, the irritation disappears and makes room for serenity and inner peace.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn to approach your feelings and therefore yourself with loving kindness and acceptance. In a guided meditation, you will experience the emotions that challenge you the most and be guided step by step through the process of mindful awareness and self-care. Afterwards, you can carry out this process on your own at any time when things get stressful again.
