How to Deal with Vacant Properties in Your Neighborhood

Baltimore City has a longstanding history of vacant properties. If your community is dealing with vacants in your neighborhood, please attend this training.

Whether your community organization is new or it has existed for some time, this training will provide resources on how to deal with vacant properties in your neighborhood.

The workshop will cover:

• identifying, reporting, and tracking nuisance and vacant properties;
• identifying property owners;
• the self-help nuisance abatement process; and
• what communities can do about vacant properties
