Loneliness and isolation are a giant cause of suffering for people who are grieving or depressed. Maybe you’re geographically separated from your support system. Maybe you do not have a lot of friends and family around and have isolated yourself. Or maybe people have stopped reaching out and think they’re respecting your boundaries, not realizing they’re actually leaving you feeling alone. Whatever the reason, loneliness and grief are both common and normal. Two different speakers will touch on these sensitive topics and show us tips and techniques on how to cope with that loneliness and grief. This presentation is free for everyone.
