His work focuses on helping companies tackle skill shortages and supporting individuals to build strong personal brands that open doors.

Simon lives in Duffield and is a proud dad of four. His children went to Walter Evans and Ecclesbourne. He works closely with local schools as a careers and apprenticeship champion, giving students real-world advice and support to plan their next steps.
