'How to Cook with Fire' is our day-long workshop (10-4:30pm) stepping out into the Autumn to trade in fire-cooking skills with chef Robin Popham of Create Terroir. On Saturday 5th we will be cooking a whole rare-breed lamb Al Asador Argentinian style and picking veggies from the Food Library's Kitchen Garden to char in the hot-coals and create some incredible flavours.
