Whether you're thinking of buying your first sweet home or you're ready to dive back into the homebuying market for a second (or third) time, come join us to talk about today's wild market and how you can prepare. We'll start with an overview of the process and have lots of time for your questions.
FACILITATOR BIOS
Zach Restelli, Miranda Micire and Lillian Denhardt are real estate agents who primarily work in Pittsburgh's city neighborhood and close-in towns to the north and east. They particularly love working with first-time homebuyers, people with enthusiasm for old homes, and people down for a project. You’re likely to find any one of us enjoying happy hour in the garden with neighbors or exploring our favorite local coffee shops.
Katie Grauer is a loan officer in Pittsburgh who loves to help people feel confident and excited during the loan process. She has helped homebuyers and homeowners with conventional and government loans (think FHA, VA, USDA), and thinks renovations loans are essential for older cities (she did one herself). When Katie isn’t talking about mortgages, and even when she is, she tries to be outdoors as much as possible.
