About this Event

Career Design Bootcamp:

Our Career Design Bootcamp naturally sprung from The Colony itself: namely, how to identify, sustain, and grow high-value work amidst a hyper networked, socially dynamic, and rapidly accelerating world.  Career Design is the product-market fit for the next phase of your career. We help you understand work and search trends, tools and best practices. We help you understand yourself, your opportunities, your industry, and what a meaningful career looks like.  And then we discuss how to take that vision to market.

Who Should Attend:

This strategic workshop is designed for mid and executive level leaders (Director level and above) who want to envision and build proactive, entrepreneurial careers and career searches. Participants are typically polymaths, pushing the limits of their current roles or looking to make a major move such as Chief Product Officer to CEO, Head of  Design planning to break the “design ceiling”, VP Tech/CTO looking to join an enterprise atter working at startups (or vicev versa), Media executives looking to join tech-native companies, leaders looking to find board positions, change markets, company types or industries.

Please note that this is an intense two days. It is designed for entrepreneurial leaders with a strong point of view about their fields, strengths, and futures.   Our intention is to deliver empowerment, insight, unique learning, and a roadmap for leaders looking to make an impact. Pease don't sign up to take a spot unless you are serious about your career and willing to work hard to take your career to the next level. If you're not sure it's for you, reach out to us at [email protected].

We will discuss the current and future state of work, executive search, career search, networks, interviews, and career paths, along with how the dynamics shift based on level, domain, company type, location, and industry. We will share the right tools, trends, best practices and strategies.
