Adrian Erlinger has 20 years of experience leading public, private, and government organizations to advance innovation. He has managed programs that fostered an entrepreneurial culture, facilitated industry collaborations, and promoted innovation and economic growth in Eurasia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Adrian directs client relationships and programs at ThinkTrends, an AI company that helps biotechnology companies automate their business. He has lead ideation workshops and evaluated hundreds of early-stage startups for a Silicon Valley venture studio. As an analyst, he has guided Fortune 1000 clients with market entry strategies based on complex trade, economic, and regulatory trends. As a strategic communications manager, Adrian led international teams and spearheaded public affairs campaigns.

Andrew Tsintsiruk is the Founder and CEO of Rohic Inc., an AI-driven platform that transforms how sales and marketing teams generate high-impact content and orchestrates agentic workflows for go-to-market operations. A seasoned technology leader, Andrew combines deep expertise in product development, data science, and data-driven applications to drive innovation and deliver tangible business results.

Before launching Rohic, Andrew served as Vice President of Product Development at Tout Audio, a venture-backed startup in Palo Alto, where he led a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and data scientists to develop an innovative IoT platform for advertising campaign management. Under his leadership, the company introduced advanced shopper-behavior analytics, refined its product roadmap through customer insights, and adopted agile practices that significantly enhanced efficiency and product quality.

Previously, Andrew founded Data Strategy Lab, a technology consulting firm specializing in custom software and data science solutions that secured six-figure contracts. He also served as Managing Partner of Innovizo LLC, overseeing data science teams on a range of machine learning projects, including predictive modeling for electrical grid demand using IoT sensor data. Andrew holds an M.A. in Philosophy from Boston College, as well as professional certifications in AWS, Agile ScrumMaster, and Data Science from Johns Hopkins University.
