This gentle coffee morning is an invitation to slow down and look at how we speak to ourselves - especially when we’re already tired, stretched thin or running on empty.
Burnout isn’t just about how much we do, but the pressure and commentary we carry with us every day. In this relaxed talk/workshop setting, we’ll explore self-talk, expectations and how to build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself (without forcing positivity or pretending everything’s fine.)
Expect delicious coffee, pastries and fruit provided by The Grub Club, plenty of "oh wow, that’s me" moments, and a warm, lighter feeling to take with you as you head into the rest of your day.
Come on your own and meet some lovely people in the same boat, or bring your bestie and make a morning of it - both are very welcome and there's zero pressure to share or 'open up' if you don't want to!

Grub Club is a vibrant but homely plant-based cafe and the newest addition to The Good Grub family! Serving up speciality coffee, matcha and other decadent hot drinks, as well as the most delicious grub, it's a safe space for everyone to enjoy.
