  • Customize your resume ─to the skills and experience the employer wants
  • Sell yourself to recruiters ─ discuss how your skills and experience match the job
  • Follow up -- get the recruiter’s contact information and send a thank you note afterwards

It’s your choice to learn how to turn your next Job Fair into a tool to get noticed, called back and hired. Remember, it's not just about attending the job fair, but about "working" it to secure that coveted job offer. See you there!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP!

Workshop Location: American Job Center in Wheeling, 1400 S Wolf Road, Building 200, Wheeling, IL 60090. ONE block south of Palatine-Willow Road & Wolf Road. WEST side of Wolf Road. Ample free parking in front.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You must register as there is only space for 25 people per workshop.
  • Registration closes at 7pm the day prior to workshop.
  • Check in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic, construction & weather.
  • Workshops are for individuals age 18+.
  • Each person has their own computer for learning.
  • Subject to change without notice.
