How to analyze and buy rental properties
This month's venue is a SPECIAL venue. We'll be meeting at the rooftop of downtown San Jose high rise - the 17th floor at the Silicon Valley Capital Club for an in-person event on learning how to analyze and buy rental properties.
You'll learn how to identify and run on numbers on three different asset classes:
- Out of State Long Term Rentals
- Short Term Rental / Airbnbs
- Mid-Term Rentals
Light appetizers are provided along with a cash bar.
**Please note - the SV Capital Club does require a dress code: Smart Business Casual. Smart casual, meaning business casual: unripped jeans/denim are appropriate. Gentlemen are required to wear closed-toed shoes and a collared shirt or sweater. No shorts, flip-flops, tank tops, t-shirts, athletic apparel, or baseball hats are permitted
